Kinda a mixed bag, but that's okay! Some music that I haven't gotten into the bands thaaaat much, but the stuff I've heard, I very much enjoy. :)
Goodnight Neverland:
Sucha pirate, I should say. haha. Love these guys. I discovered these guys due to their connection with Tides of Man and Oceana through Squared Clothing, and I gotta say, love the sound. Kerry Courtney has a really nice voice, and it's perfectly balanced with the dream-like vibes. Also, if you check out Kerry Courtney's cover of Grand Optimist by City and Colour, his voice has a very sweet Dallas Green sound.
Write This Down:
On the other side of the spectrum, these guys are kinda crazy. haha. It's not like crazy double-bass hardcore, but they still pull off being "hardcore" with what they have, without being a poser band. Pretty nilly stuff they have here. yes yes.
Fun:
Fun! Saw these guys like 2 years ago with Paramore. Had no idea who they were, but they are definitely a fun bunch!(no pun intended. or maybe so)I remember dancing like a loser cuz these guys have jams. haha. and yeeeeeeeeaaaah, I'm tired and I forgot about this....so tada! later homes.

The Eels, The Classic Crime, and Envy on the Coast
Shmeh shmeh shmeh, sorry I've been reaally slow! I haven't updated this in like 2 weeks :( Please forgive my slothfulness and enjoy!
The Eels:
So sadly, I'm one of the many who discovered this band from Shrek, but that being said, I won't let it stop me from jamming to these peeps! I love his rastic voice with the celesta styled guitar and keys. Good mix of air and bellish sounds, along with experimental guitar sounds make them solid. they're an older band, from the 80s or 90s I believe....but I don't remember. anyways, they're pretty shnazz.
The Classic Crime:
I have always and will always love these guys. They were the next greatest thing for me, after Switchfoot. Their perfect balance of rock with beautiful melodies and guitar riffs(along with some fun drum patterns) make them solid all around. Matt MacDonald(Lead singer, guitarist) has an incredible voice! Just the right amount of rusk to his voice where he can powerhouse like a mad man, but not so much that it's annoying or lacking any soft town. Check out Salt in the Snow, Who Needs Air or Headlights for a softer feel. For a more driving side, listen to We All Look Elsewhere, Medisin, or The Fight. (Btdubs, all their songs are amazing! only stuff I don't like is their newest album Vagabonds. you might like it, but it feels too poppy and just doesn't feel right. Their Acoustic ep is also pretty solid. check them out, love them, and cheese.)
Envy on the Coast:
R.I.P. ETOC. They grew to be one of my favorite bands for the last year(Yes, I've had/have a lot of favorite bands...). A mix of hectic rock with a jazzy feel and sassy drumming makes them stellar. I was gonna put the song Lapse on here, but I'm pretty sure any one who listened to it would cry, and we can't have that right now. can we? :P haha. But seriously, this is something I'd love to do. Lucy Grey is probably one of the best albums produced (I mean, as long as you can dig this sound.) and it's soooo underrated compared to a lot of other stuff. enjoy :) and until next time, chow.

Dear and the Headlights, Run Kid Run, and the Goo Goo Dolls
Sorry, haven't updated this in a while. I've been pretty busy and life hasn't been the most grand lately. These couple songs have given me a little bit of hope, so yeeeah.
Dear and the Headlights:
This song is pretty legit. I've actually been listening to it almost every day. haha. Their music almost has a little bit of a midwestern rock to it. A little bit of rusk in his voice. Lyrically it's kinda a sad, but uplifting song, and it's backed perfectly by dynamics and sound.
Run Kid Run:
So, I've actually only listened to this song a few times, but I love the feel. I love layered melodic picking and good use of toms in the beginning of the song. I used to listen to them back when they were a little more pop-punk. (We've Only Just Begun is a legit song!) But they've seem to matured a bit. haha. Idk if I like it as much, but cheers!
Goo Goo Dolls:
I'll end with this, 'cause everyone knows this song, haha. If you don't, then I'm a little worried. But that's okay! Listen to it now. I love the lyrics. Sadly, I can relate to them. But yeah, good song. Listen, love, do it.
